Curve Love bikini top sizing

I was wondering if anyone has better insight on what the best size would be for me. I am a 32DD in bra sizing, and according to the curve love chart that puts me in the xsmall, but I’ve seen some reviews of people close to my size saying they bought the medium? I’m looking at the underwire balconette styles. I’m thinking of maybe just ordering a couple sizes and sending back what doesn’t fit (unfortunately there are no in person stores in my area to try on) but I thought I’d ask here before doing so. Thank you!

The whiplash of giving a customer exactly what they asked for, but then it’s not what they want

The week of terrible customers continues…

I had a customer come up with an item that is supposed to come in packs of 6, but this one only had 5. She said this was the last one on the shelf and asked if we could see if we had a full one out back. I paged that department and someone said they would go check. They came up a few minutes later with more from the back.

The customer was happy we found one for her and took the full pack and gave the other employee the original one she brought up to take away.

As I was ringing her up, something shifts and she suddenly snaps that she doesn’t want it anymore. She says I didn’t listen to her because she wanted to buy the pack with the missing item because she calculated what she would get for a discount. She even pulled out her phone and showed me the math she did on her calculator. She didn’t want a new pack, she wanted the damaged one. I’m confused because she literally asked us to find her a full pack, but I asked if she wanted me to page that department again and have the employee bring it back.

She’s all upset now claiming that I don’t listen very well and that I should be able to understand simple things. I again offer to bring the 5 pack back and see what that department would offer her for a discount. She said it’s too late because she doesn’t have time for all this and that she hates how inflexible this store is before storming off.

“Go f*** yourself!” I think by working here I already am…

Rude and difficult customers are to be expected, but this week it’s been nearly every customer. And it’s not just me experiencing it, my coworkers have had their fair share as well. I don’t know what’s going on, but this has by far been one of the roughest weeks in my years of working here.

I just need to vent about some of the ones that stuck out to me, but there’s been plenty more things that’ve happened.

  1. I answered the phone and all of a sudden was met with someone yelling at me, telling me I’m a piece of sh** for leaving her on hold for almost an hour. And before I could say anything she then yells at me to go f*** myself and hangs up. First off, it’s impossible to be on hold for that long on our system. After five minutes if no one’s picked up it rings you back to the main phone. And second, I looked through that day’s call log and she hadn’t even called us aside from this one? So idk, I hope she felt better after yelling at someone for no reason.

  2. A husband and wife came to the cash register. I was helping one of the new hires at this register. I took her scanner and went around the counter to scan some stuff on the bottom of their cart. The husband said he was going to go look at something and wandered off. I was crouched down to reach an item on the cart and when I stood up straight to step back I bumped into something. I turn and he had been standing right behind me. I say excuse me and he doesn’t move. The wife is waiting for his card to pay and I politely ask him to stand on the other side of the cart to process their payment at the card reader. He then starts going off about how I’m not allowing him to stand where he wants and then he starts grumbling to other nearby customers in line about me and how rude and bossy I was being. The cashier told me afterwards that he had been staring at my butt the whole time I was tending to the cart.

  3. I had a woman come up and before I started ringing anything in she told me how when she shopped here last year she was overcharged. She said they fixed the issue and refunded her, but she does not want that happening again. I assure her that I will be careful and only charge her for what she’s buying. She then says how she doesn’t like our system for ringing certain things up. Some products have a code we type in instead of scanning a barcode. She doesn’t want me doing things that way. I’m confused because how else am I supposed to ring her out? I understand sometimes someone may type in a wrong code, especially new hires, but she only has a few items and I know their exact codes. But, before I begin I ask her how she would like me to go about the transaction. I understand maybe this can be taken wrong, but my tone was polite and I genuinely wanted to know how she wanted me to do things. She rolled her eyes and stayed silent. As I’m ringing up her things, some barcodes to scan and a few codes to type in, she keeps going on and on about how she was overcharged last year and how she hates our system. I ask her again how she would like me to ring in her items. She gives me a dirty look and says nothing again. She pays and then stands there studying her receipt. I ask her if she would like me to walk through her receipt with her. She says nothing and goes to leave, but stops and turns back. “I only wanted you to be aware of what happened last year. You didn’t need to act so rude and offended.” Like??? I wasn’t? And she raised her voice so other customers around were staring and I just felt frustrated, confused, and embarrassed.

It’s just been a long week and I may or may not have spent my break crying in my car from all the frustration 🥲

TL;DR: Customers have been more awful than usual this week. It’s been hell.
