How can I replicate Cher’s scarf top and make it stay up?
I want to recreate this top for a dance performance. I have a broad idea of how to do it, but I’d like to get some opinions on how you’d approach creating this in a way that will be secure to move in on stage. If it helps, I am pretty flat chested.
