I will have coaching with my mgr tmrw and I already what he is going to say bc it’s literally the same thing every time, over and over again.., say this if member say this or say it this way… which I get he is trying to help but god damn, how many time do u have to go on and on.

I feel worthless and the nit picking from every coaching is not helping bc all i can concentrate on is how to calm myself before i say something i regret…
Does anyone feel like this and is anyone who is an IP2 meeting this stupid close rate?
I also feel like the mgr knows nothing about how these metric gets calculated and then tries to confuse me by using some mumbo jumbo language.

When is the next time we will get regionalize again so I can get a better mgr.
