On both sides of my mouth I have these “skin flaps” that very slightly cover my bottom molars. I’m able to lift both of them up with my tongue. Dentist have said they’ve never seen it like that before but just to keep it clean to avoid infection. But has any experience it before or know why?

I don’t have wisdom teeth, I wasn’t born with them or never developed them and never had issues with my bottom molars and never any jaw or dental surgery.
