Hi everyone,
I recently cleared CA Foundation in my 3rd attempt and now I'm planning to prepare for CA Inter both groups for May 2027. I'm posting because I'm genuinely confused and don't want to repeat the mistakes I made in Foundation.
To be very honest, the reason I took 3 attempts wasn't because I couldn't understand concepts. My biggest problem was procrastination and lack of accountability. I took online classes and gradually everything started going wrong. I used to study alone, had no study partner, no discussions, no competition around me, and because lectures were always available, I kept postponing them. I would also get sleepy and bored while studying alone.
Now I've realized that maybe I'm not someone who can study completely alone for such a long period. I think I need external pressure, a classroom environment, and interaction with other students to stay consistent. I'm also an introvert, so I feel some social exposure during preparation might actually help me later during articleship and interviews.
The problem is that most of the reputed CA coaching institutes and faculties are in Laxmi Nagar, which is around 3 hours of travel daily (up and down) for me. I know that travelling so much can affect self-study time, but at the same time, I'm scared that if I choose full online again, I'll end up repeating the same mistakes I made in Foundation.
Right now, I'm thinking of taking 2-3 subjects offline and the remaining subjects online, but I'm really confused about what would be the best decision.
So I wanted honest advice from seniors:
If you were in my situation, what would you do?
Should I go for full offline, full online, or a hybrid approach?
If hybrid, which subjects should definitely be taken offline?
Is travelling around 3 hours daily to Laxmi Nagar worth it for someone like me who needs accountability and peer interaction?
If I decide to go with Laxmi Nagar, which coaching institute or individual teachers would you recommend for Accounts, Tax, and maybe Law?
Which online faculties would you recommend for the remaining subjects?
Has anyone here struggled with procrastination, loneliness, and lack of accountability during Foundation and then managed to do well in Inter?
I'm seriously targeting clearing both groups in the first attempt and don't want to make a wrong decision because of poor planning again.
Would really appreciate honest advice and personal experiences. Please guide me with the best .

Hey everyone, I've never read Fyodor Dostoevsky before, but I want to finally give him a try. Which of his books would you recommend as a first read for a complete beginner? Looking for something that's a good introduction

Hey everyone,
Trying to get into reading but I have no idea where to start. I'm not really into sci-fi, fantasy, or books with a bunch of made-up worlds and stuff. I want something that's genuinely interesting and easy to get hooked on. Could be mystery, thriller, psychological, drama, coming-of-age, or just a really good story.
Basically looking for the kind of book that makes you want to keep reading instead of putting it down after 20 pages.
