Im trying to attend the this is for finale concert in seoul but im having issues with the passport verification in NOL World. It says invalid passport when I put a copy of my passport. There’s (,) in my passport and it’s more than 20 characters so I cant put it in my nickname. Will a physical copy photo make a difference? I did OCR with k-eta and they were able to extract and verify my info so im not sure the problem. Also my passport pic is when i was a teen and im afraid i’ll have issues with the face verification as well. I emailed them but still no answer. Anyone successfully was able to resolve these issues? Pls help!
