Is Internship from Bangladesh Valid for Maharashtra Medical Registration?
I recently heard from some of my final prof seniors that internship done in Bangladesh is not considered valid in Maharashtra, and they are gonna do it in India, and now I’m really confused.
From whatever I researched online, it says that internship from NMC-recognised colleges in Bangladesh should be valid in India. But I’m not able to find clear information specifically regarding Maharashtra registration.
I also don’t personally know anyone from Maharashtra who completed MBBS + internship in Bangladesh and then got registered there successfully.
Can someone please clarify this?
Has anybody from Maharashtra done their internship in Bangladesh and faced any issues during registration or licensing?
Would really appreciate any genuine guidance because this is stressing me out a lot 😭
