If money wasn’t an issue (we can dream!) and you could buy property in Footscray - what street/area would you choose and why?

I have a neuro-spicy 8 year old and would love some suggestions on what PS4 game could be suitable for him to play next.

We've done 100% on Lego City Undercover and that game was legit PERFECTION for him.

He loves cars, he loves mini figures and LOVES exploring random areas, so this game just ticked all the right boxes for him. Sure, he needed my help for a lot of things and time trials gave him anxiety haha - but he was mainly able to navigate the game easily by himself.

I'm currently letting him play around on Lego Marvel Super Heroes, but he's not paying attention to the instructions at the bottom of the screen and I feel that the graphics are too overwhelming for him. As in there's too much going on, which distracts him for figuring out what he's meant to do next.

Could someone please suggest a game that could be more suitable for him? Bonus if it's not too glitchy, his game file on LCU would constantly error which would set him off!

I tried searching, but couldn’t find a current answer.

Can I just buy the paid subscription and download the Skylight app onto an iPad to use? Will it still work as normal?

We live in an apartment and just don’t have anywhere where it can be plugged in permanently that’s also low enough for the kids to reach.
