Engineering or Finance

Hey everyone I’m applying for university next year trying to decide between pursuing an engineering degree or heading down finance. Math is my absolute favorite area, and my strong suit. I've heard a lot about Engineering nowadays being more valuable than just a finance degree.

Crucial point is i'm from Eastern Europe, i don't have access to target schools, but i would go to the best finance university in my country. (finance & accounting course)

I 100% wanna do something finance related, but at the same time i feel like my math skills would not show at all. I just really need an opinion on if the engineering way actually worth it in less finance heavy/less competetion areas as mine? If i do end up going the finance way how could i focus more on my math?

I'd appreciate any advice
