Double dosing question
Hi everyone, I'm new here and wanted to ask some opinions. I've been on mounjaro for 9 months now, and I've lost 30 lbs in the first 4 months but my weight loss has plateaued now only losing an additional like 1 lb per month if that, since. I've been on the 2.5mg dose this entire time, and I know its the starter dose but it worked for me and I was worried if I increased the dose, I'd have more side effects. I wanted to stay on that until it didn't work anymore. Well it seems to have stopped. My issue is now I have 2 boxes left of the 2.5mg. Has anyone taken 2 doses at once to get 5mg? And if so, did you have any severe side effects? How did you administer it? Was thinking of doing that until I got a new 5mg prescription. And any tips to avoid side effects is appreciated. I thankfully did not have any on the 2.5mg. Advice is appreciated 🙏🏽 Thank you!
