Shoul I carry cash with me for a tip?

I have an issue on going medieval. I have cattles and other animal as bears, dogs, cats, sheeps, reindeers
The sheep and reindeers are in their pens, and everything is going well.

But the other animals refuse to go into their's, even though there is food and shelter available.
So now I have livestock in my large hall.
​
Does anyone have any ideas on how to solve this problem?
