I received my meds and supplies and it says to inject 135 units but the syringe only goes up to 100? Do I have to do two shots or am I confused?

I placed an order on the 18th. I got an email that said my package has shipped. When I go to track order it says awaiting requirements. I have asked questions and gotten no responses. My money came out of my account immediately and I still don't know what requirements are missing. I took my last shot since my insurance stopped covering and I'm worried about gaining weight back.
