plumbing issues in Edwardian house

Hi! I'm in the process of buying an Edwardian house in London. I posted here before, asking about a weird heating system (combi boiler + header tank + hot water cylinder), but now I wonder if the whole plumbing system needs updating. The seller informed me that the lead pipe connected to the mains was replaced 5 years ago, but all the rest is a mystery and probably over 35 years old at best.
I think of calling a plumber to have a look and say what they think about the whole system, like age, material of pipes and if they are narrowing because of mineral buildup.
Sorry for my ignorance, but is it a straightforward request? I mean, will a plumber be able to inspect the pipes/pressure/flow/heating system without actually lifting floorboards and such (because the house is not yet mine)?
What kind of tests are used for this kind of survey? CCTV..? I would also like to ask for estimates for replumbing etc.

What is the average cost of such an inspection in London?
Thanks a lot!

Combi boiler with cold and hot water tanks

Hello,
I'm in the process of buying an old house. The weird thing is that it has a combi boiler (definitely a combination boiler, as confirmed by the surveyor and the seller), but it's gravity-fed from a cold water tank in the loft (this tank also feeds the cold taps in the first-floor bathroom) and it's also attached to an immersion heater (hot water tank) in an airing cupboard.
I'm no expert at all, but aren't combi boilers mains-fed?
I would like to remove the cold water tank from the loft - can I just override the tank and connect the pipe from the mains to the pips the go to the boiler/taps?
Will it be as easy as that or will the hot water tank and other components need to be exchanged?
And how much will it cost in London?
Thanks a lot

UK people - please help with powerchairs

Hi! I am looking into buying my very first power chair. I'm currently using a rollator, but I need a powerchair for when I need to "walk" for more than a few minutes.
I am young and quite lightweight. I'm looking for a foldable powerchair that will allow me (as much as possible) to move on uneven surfaces, as I like to spend the day with my family in parks and gardens (like National Trust properties etc.) My budget is around £1,000.
I see the Etech Freedom Elite ST Lightweight. They say that it can go up/down hill up to 20 degrees angle. Does anyone have it and can confirm if it's any good on multiple terrains?
I also see the MobilityPlus+ Axion Ultra-Light Folding Electric Wheelchair. I like how compact it is. Does anyone have experience with it? Mobility+ says it's good on rough terrain, but I wonder if such a lightweight powerchair will actually hold. There is also the MobilityPlus+ Nova Ultra-Light Carbon... So difficult to understand which one is right for me and I can't travel all over the UK to try them all.
Please recommend one :) Thank you so much!

Hello. First of all, I would like to thank you so much for all your help.
I sent my NS ESA (England) work capability questionnaire 2 months ago. I have a proof of delivery from Royal Mail, but I never received a message about DWP receiving it. When I called their helpline to ask if they received it, an automated message said that if the application was sent, I just needed to wait and then the call ended. I still receive the payment every fortnight, so I guess they received it.
My current fit note will expire in a few days and I already have a new one from my GP. Should I wait for a message with a link from DWP or should I just send the fit note via the gov website? I'm not sure how to proceed.
Thanks a lot!
