I tried to extend the time for calls before going to the voicemail by typing the code **61*+15146470999*11*30#. I got a message on my phone it was accepted and I restarted the phone which should have modified to 30 seconds the timeframe it takes for a call to voicemail.

When I do a test, nothing changed it's still the same 20 basic 20 seconds before the call gets transfered to voicemail.

Anyone got an idea what's going on?

Is this normal?

When I'm traveling, presently in Europe, just for test I tried to call my number on VOIP.MS app with a travel e-sim and I'm getting a ring tone but my actual phone doesn't ring. Tried my girlfriend's phone also with Fizz and the same thing happens.

Also, the call doesn't get transferred to the phone mail like usual after a certain amount of time.

We both have money in our Fizz wallet, phone roaming on.
