Lake Agnes Tea House

Hi, I’m visiting Canmore soon and would love to know the easiest way to do the Lake Agnes Tea House hike, without a car. Staying in downtown, how can I get here? I’m struggling with the bus routes. Would rather not pay $$$ for a taxi.

What time of day would you recommend, I’d like it busy enough that it’s not just me and a bear out walking, but not crowded.

Thanks so much!

Ville wall hanging - context?

Hi, I have this wall hanging/flag that my cousin gave me a good ten years ago, I’m going to guess it’s from the early 2000s. I want to sell it as I haven’t been putting it up in my home, but does anyone know if this is bootleg merch, legit merch, etc? It has a heartagram at the top.

Also if anyone’s interested I’m planning to sell it on Vinted or eBay.

Thanks!

Keeping cat stimulated - outdoor cat to indoor cat

Hi all, unfortunately looks like my 4 year old female cat is going to have to become an indoor cat due to change of circumstance. She was found as a stray and enjoys being outside. She meows and scratches doors/windows/tvs like crazy when she wants to get outside.

I’m looking for recommendations for good interactive toys, puzzles etc to keep my cat occupied, healthy and stimulated. I’m in the house a lot but not every day, so would like stuff she can do independently too. At the moment she goes out for maybe 6 hours a day, bothers local cats, jumps into the neighbours garden and hangs out in my garden. She doesn’t hunt but she is interested in the birds.

Toys I’ve tried her with that she’s not interested in:
- Teddies, small mice, fish etc, not bothered
- Ball inside circular tube (some interest)
- Automatic spinning ball with tail
- Small hollow balls
- Scratching posts/ scratching mats

She has been okay with a harness, but is scared of the retractable lead.

She is interested in:
- Toys with a string on a stick, she likes to jump and attack it
- Automatic toy where mice jump out in a circular motion
- Scratching the carpet
- Mild interest in a ping pong ball

I’d like to try her on a cat wheel and buy some cat grass. What works well for your cat?

Any advice gratefully welcomed, thanks!

Side note: She eats raw food and I don’t give her biscuits, but I could for treat puzzles?
