I have seen all the horror stories on the internet when first starting zepbound I guess my question would be when is a great time to start the injection night time or during day time. My husband is out of town for a couple of weeks for work and I’m solo parenting 2 toddlers. Is that a bad idea to start now ? Or should I wait for him to come home
