I'm going to be using Turo for the first time to rent a car. I chose Turo because my daily driver is a manual and Turo is the only service I know of offering manual cars for rent.

My questions are, should I send the car's owner a message after I book, and what should I say? I want them to feel confident that I know how to drive manual since I know it's getting rarer and rarer. Is this something you'd even advise doing?
