Flew TATL in J in May and had a deflated seat. It wasn't fun sitting in that for >12h. Flight attendant helped me fill an OBC form and I got the email with wifi code and promise to be contacted in 10 business days. However, I didn't hear back ever so I submitted a general complaint form. Heard back last week and they said OBC policy changed and only offered me 30k aeroplan pts. I had the same issue on a TATL flight before and was offered refund of J fare difference. Has anyone else gotten OBC with ecoupons or refunds recently?
