Hello...I am trying to un-cancel my service and every time I try to call I get disconnected by the bot because I don't know my security code, which I am 99% sure I never set up. When the bot tells me they are transferring me the hang up on me. And when I click the chat with us button on the contact page, nothing happens. Please help!
