Very urgent enquiry !!

Applied for passport renewal at BLS brampton on April 14th

Current status on tracker - Processing at Consulate General.. its been a month

How many days will it take ? What can be the next update on the tracker ?

Although i called the police station in India, they have no updates with my file. Will there be any police verification back home ?
Can we walkin to indian consulate in Toronto ?
Any leads would be appreciated!!

Was planning to do uber for the meantime as I got laid off

The last i did was in September 2025

Did safety, and on the app everything seems to be approved.

But then not getting any rides around GTA. Also, the office seems to closed permanently.

Do i need take up another PTC by paying $80 😑
Or can we use the previous one ?
Is it taking time ?
