I was flabbergasted by the awful way that the War.gov UFO site was put together, making it nearly impossible to download anything quickly and efficiently. I did a little research and found out that the website is referencing a .CSV file (basically a spreadsheet) in order to dynamically generate the webpage. It has a handy column of all the URLs which will make batch downloading a lot easier.
