I work as a med only work comp adjuster and get hit our daily max allowable claims which is 5. For what I’m getting paid, it’s a lot on top of the open ones I have on my desk. I also live and work in the US east coast.

What case loads do you guys get? I wanted to add and ask if you think you’re paid enough for what you get assigned, but I think we’re all on the same boat.
