I asked my earlier question about prompting of Support. Round 1 I got an AI response - I expected that. When the AI fails, I assume that I will get a human response. The response was so generic that I couldn’t tell if it was AI or human.
I don’t mind paying for Superwhisper, I do expect level 2 support to be human.
I find the default one for mail to remove my voice/style. It reorders things and changes my tone.
Does anyone have a starting prompt? I want to eliminate ums and ahs, etc. Add paragraph breaks, punctuation etc. Basically very light editing.
Also there are several spellings to automatically correct.
I’m hoping others have experience creating custom mode/prompts for this purpose.

I was considering it because a friend said that getting their bike fitted to them made a massive difference. However the description of the one at Full Cycle makes it sound like it’s good for elite athletes. I’m above average, but not elite.
I bought my current hybrid (Trek FX 3) at Bushtukah nearly 20yrs ago. Before I look there again, I wanted to find out where others would consider for a new gravel bike?
