Lab Results and Potential Copper Deficiency

Backstory, in brief: been hunting down why I feel like crap for 4 years. I'm mid twenties and an athlete. I treat my body very well. I did take zinc on and off over the last few years, sometimes sustained 25+ mg months at a time. Anyways, I have low drive, endurance, my hair is falling out uniformly across my head, floaters in my right eye, anhedonia, really dramatic fluctuations in testosterone levels... All kinds of weird stuff.

I figured I should address the one thing that was definitely not great about my panel: my copper and my blood. Nothing crazy, just suboptimal. Was looking for some thoughts and experiences.

I'm particularly curious about SHBG build up from potentially too much iron in the liver due to suboptimal cerulo.

Going to bed but will read and reply to anything and everything first thing in the morning!
