Hi everyone! I really need some advice.
Right now my Universitaly portal is still locked by the University of Naples. Today is the deadline, and they still haven’t canceled my application, even though I emailed them multiple times.
The problem is that on June 23 I received a pre-acceptance letter from Sapienza Uni, and I want to proceed with Sapienza instead. But I can’t switch because Naples hasn’t released my application.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything I can do at this point?
