Built a tiny SaaS called SwipeSmile.
Current stats:
* 8 paying subscribers
* ~$38 MRR
* ~$100 spent on marketing so far
Still super early, but honestly just getting strangers to pay at all feels like a huge milestone.
Biggest lesson so far:
Distribution is way harder than building.
The product itself took less time than figuring out how to consistently get people to even see it.
Right now I’m not sure what marketing channel to focus on.
