Do you use your hand brake on hills?
I live next to some steep hills and if I stop there for a red light I roll back between switching from brake to gas pedal.. I’ve started using the hand brake but was curious if others also experience roll back on steep hills.. I have an AT not a manual

Clean carfax oil changes every 5k at dealer, California owned, clean frame 2013 base model, 94k miles

Is this a good buy? 140k miles 2007
Listed for 19k. Carfax is showing oil changes at the dealer every 5k from 0-117k and then nothing from new owner at 117k-140k. Also the second owner had it from 2018 so it only drove 23k miles in those 9 years. Looks like some of the trim was painted as well. Dont have frame pics (yet) but wanted to see if gap in maintenance is enough of a red flag.
