I'm having a strange issue with SQL Server connections in QGIS 4.0.2 on my Windows 11 work desktop.

When I first installed QGIS 4.0.0, the connection worked normally. After updating to 4.0.2, it stopped working, and now even reinstalling 4.0.0 doesn't fix it anymore. The exact same server, credentials and settings still work perfectly in QGIS 3.44.

Error: "[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server] Login failed for user 'sdeuser' ... QODBC: Unable to connect"

I'm not admin on this computer, so I can't freely reinstall or modify drivers/system settings. Because it previously worked in QGIS 4.0.0 and still works in 3.44, I'm wondering if this could be related to Qt6/QODBC, ODBC driver compatibility, or some encryption/TLS change in QGIS 4.x.

Has anyone run into this and found a solution?
