May I ask if you know the effects of Besremi on men? My wife and I want to have children, and I’m wondering whether I should start the treatment or wait for some time.

I am three months post termination of pregnancy at 33 weeks due to CHARGE syndrome. We had the genetic testing done and neither of us are carriers — it was a de novo mutation. The termination was performed by C-section because psychologically I could not cope with anything else. I really want to get pregnant again. It was our first pregnancy and it happened easily for us. I am torn between trying naturally again or going through IVF for greater reassurance and safety.
