EB3A Died, replaced with Elite 100 v2. Do what with dead Eb3A?
Had a reliable EB3A that lasted two years on camping trips and portable power for conventions. Then it died on me. Found this subreddit and tried all the fixes I felt comfortable with, charged through the DC port, charged with a laptop charger, and used a solar panel. Discharged completely, all that good stuff. It still wont activate the AC outlets. Reached out to customer support and they said I was out of warrenty and offered a generous (/s) 10% discount on my next purchase.
I needed power and upgraded to an Elite 100 v2. But now I have this EB3A just sitting around. It will still accept solar, but not AC power. And the DC ports still work. I guess it could be a giant heavy usb-c charger. But what else can I do with it? Call it a loss and do electronic recycling?
Any suggestions internet?
