i feel like my friends hate me but i have literally no evidence they do but i feel like everytime i speak in a group setting or text in the group chat their in their head or behind their phones like “who cares” “who invited her” “why is she here” “nobody likes you” so ive really just stopped messaging in groups or contributing to conversations i googled how i was feeling and was told it was social anxiety i have had social anxiety from a very young age so it makes sense also i have autism and whenever i talk about my interests/ hyper fixation every is kinda like not even pretending to care and it makes me feel like an idiot because i’m talking when nobody is listening overall o don’t think they are good friends but i don’t know if it’s just my brain and they are good friends somehow even though they claim to also have autism they make me feel awful whenever i do anything and most times the things i do link back to autism i was considering putting this on the autism in women subreddit instead but just starting here first i just think people who think the same struggle with the same things wouldn’t make someone feel bad about it if they also are that and they are the types of people to call any interest a hyperfixation and use neurodivergent terms as buzzwords even though 2 have been tested for adhd/autism and were told they didn’t have it they also say “omg im just walking around undiagnosed” for anything and everything i would make other friends but nobody else wants to be friends with me im also going to put this on the autism in women subreddit as well just so i can get advice from others

i originally tried putting this on the social anxiety subreddit and wrote it for that but felt like it would also be good on here and it wouldn’t let me put it on the social anxiety one
