This move gives white a +1 advantage but scores incredibly well on Lichess

I'm a 20 year old chess player/coach from Omaha NE and I'm seriously considering moving to St. Louis in the next year or two due to the cost of living/chess scene. I'd probably be living within a mile or two of the STL chess club. After reading a bit about the city, I'm a bit worried about the crime there. Would you say that it's worth moving for the things I listed or no?
