I am looking to purchase a used Nissan Ariya In the UK. I have seen battery state of health percentage can be obtained for electric vehicles via OBD. The used car dealer who is selling a Nissan approved used Ariya states Nissan don't provide this information. This has become a blocker for purchasing at this time. I would like any advice from existing owners if they have experienced this or any input on why this reading cannot be provided please. Thank you.
