People raise cows, pigs, chickens to eat meat. However, if people want meat, couldn't they get more meat from giant animals like elephants, rhinos, or giraffes?
35M, I don't take any medication, I don't even drink any alcohols or coffee, I don't smoke weed, I don't smoke cigarette, hell, I don't even drink cola, I only drink water. I didn't have car accident or anything.
I just can't sleep more than 5 hours every day, 2 days ago, I only slepy about 3 hours(about 8 am to 11 am). Last night I couldn't even sleep AT ALL, I went to bed, but I couldn't sleep I was just on the bed, cllsing my eyes doing nothing.
I'm so tired, my head feels like it's about to explode. What is wrong with me? Am I insomnia? Do I need to take sleeping pills? Will I get dementia when I get old? I'm so scared.
EVERYDAY, I can't sleep more than 5 hours. When I go to bed at 7 pm, I woke up at 11:50 pm and when I go to bed at 2 am I woke up at 7 am.
The problem is, I have a job to work. I work at the kitchen so I have to use my body. My body is so tired, I feel sick.
I don't see my phone before I go to bed, I even toss it away. I don't eat before I go to bed, J don't drink alcohol, I don't smoke, I don't take any medicines, I don't do anything.
What should I do? It's killing me.

I've been dreaming same dream, not exactly same, and I don't dream it everyday.
Last night, my dream was I went to the book store, and the book store had books I wanted to buy in real life, but I didn't because I didn't have money to buy and it's out of stock now. However, in my dream I didn't buy them either. I don't know why I didn't buy it even in dreams.
Not just last night, I had similar dreams before. Like few months ago, or few years ago, I keep having similar dreams.
For example, I went to the toy store, the store had the toy I wanted to have in the past but couldn't get it, but I don't buy it in the dream.
Furthermore, I had a dream about different book store, they had other books I wanted to buy but I don't buy it in my dream.
I don't remember the reason why I don't buy them even in my dreams, I don't control myself in my dream.
I want to know why I keep having dreams like this, or are there anyone who had similar dreams? Thank you.
