Had amazing work completed on my house but the tradesmen put his toilet paper in the trash can. How do I tell someone without being rude or making assumptions. I would like to have respect for people but I REALLLY dont like cleaning trashcans of shitty toilet paper.

The purpose of the Electoral College is to ensure that small, less-populated states have representation in the federal government. What do you all think?
