From the Nakba to Gaza 2026: Our Suffering Never Ended

I am Mohammed from Gaza. My grandfather used to tell me the details of the Nakba — the displacement, the killings, the destruction of homes, and the seizure of their land. And now, in 2026, we are witnessing the same brutality, the same cruelty, and the same thirst for killing. We have been suffering from an ongoing genocide since 2023. I lost my home and my family’s home, and many members of my family were killed for no reason other than that they loved their land and remained steadfast on it.

I truly need your support in these circumstances. I have not found anyone to stand by me or support me during this hardship.

A Father From Gaza Living in a Tent — Please Help My Family Survive

Hello everyone,
My name is Mohammed Ali, and I am from Gaza. My family and I lost our home, our work, and everything we had because of the war. Today, we are living in a small tent under extremely difficult conditions.

We struggle every day to find food, clean water, medicine, and even basic light at night. Recently, insects and rats have spread around the camp, and my children are getting sick. I cannot afford proper treatment or healthy food for them.

As a father, it breaks my heart to watch my children suffer while I feel helpless. I am trying my best to keep them safe and alive during these painful times.

I am sharing my story with hope that compassionate people may help us survive. Any support, no matter how small, can truly make a difference for my family.
