My IEM was recently returned after repair for a crackling issue. The crackling has been fixed, but the repaired unit now has a noticeable channel imbalance, with the right side sounding quieter than the left.
​
I also noticed that the right nozzle/filter area appeared slightly pushed inward on arrival, and the right filter looks significantly darker than the left. A channel swap test confirms the issue follows the earpiece.

I've already contacted support and attached photos. Hoping for a resolution without having to pay additional shipping charges for an issue that appeared after repair.
