Reality of Meta ads as a startup fashion brand

Hi, I have recently started running ads on Meta for my fashion brand( moslty selling leather products for now), I am currently in a sort of dilemma over how to grow with meta ads, should I increase my ads budget, or should I introduce new products, and grow organically. I mean my first month saw some sales, the CTR was good around 3.5 to 4, Conversion rate was 0.66%, and the sales couldn't even cover the cost of meta ads budget for the first month which was 1000£. What should I realistically expect from meta ads in terms of sales and stuff, given that all the metrics are aligned?

Hi, I have launched a fashion brand, idea is basically a fashion line up which includes Leather Products, clothing, and other daily essentials all in color Blue.

Now I have launched it and am selling online via my website, but making profit to maintain cash flow and grow is a but tuff given the high ads cost on social platforms like meta and google. Should I get into physical retail at the moment or will that be another liability at this stage? And if so what would be the most cost effective way to enter Physical retail, given I might not Physically be present on it most of the time.

Would love some advice on this.
