Payroll/Quickbooks

I learned that July 1st, Quickbooks is changing it payroll program so that payroll taxes automatically get taken out the day after payroll is put out. This is not going to work for my biz model financially. We have always had our payroll taxes taken out on the 15th of the month and I would like to continue something like this. What are other people going to do? What programs are people switching to? I run my own payroll through Quickbooks and print our checks myself and then our book keeper gets the info and files taxes etc. I want to keep this process as cheap as possible while also avoiding taxes being taken out immediately after payroll. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated. Curious what other bar owners will be doing once this happens?

Music Licensing

Experiences with Seasa,, ASCAP etc. Has anyone ever gotten in trouble for not having this? Curious about other experiences, whether they pay this or not? We are not a club, and hold less than 50 people. We use Spotify and Pandora and pay for the extended versions of both.

Which one should I buy?

I have dry, wrinkly, fine lined skin and am looking for a moisturizer. My current stack is Soonjung PH cleanser, Haru Haru Sensitive toner, Madagascar Centella Ampoule, and then moisturizer. In the AM, moisturizer and sunscreen. 2x a week I am rotating in Mandelic Acid or Retinol. I am just finishing up Illiyoon and am contemplating a new moisturizer. Someone mentioned on another post that when using Mandalic Acid you should not use moisturizer with steric acid or palmitic acid, which Illiyoon and Aestura both have. Can you recommend one of these or do you love one of these? Please advise.

Mandelic Acid by Wishtrend

Every single time I use Mandelic Acid, I wake up the next day and have pimples on my chin and lower face. Am I doing this wrong?
I am using the Mandelic Acid by Wishtrend. I cleanse with Soonjung foaming cleanser, then apply the Mandelic Acid, then apply the Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Ampolue and then Illiyoon Cream. I read somewhere that you can apply the Illiyoon Cream and then the Mandelic Acid, then Illiyoon cream as a sandwich. Does this help with breakouts? I am only doing this once a week to start. My skin is dry, and crepey and I am 47 years old and trying to help my wrinkles etc. Any advice appreciated.

ILLIYOON for Summer months?

I love ILLIYOON and have been using it through winter. As we enter summer and my tub of product is ending I am curious, do people use ILLIYOON cream all summer or go to the lotion? Or the gel? I have really dry, crepey skin, am 47 and trying to repair my skin barrier. Curious if the ILLIYOON cream is too heavy for summer? Any feedback back appreciated. I live in the Pacific NW.
also, random question about ILLIYOON, does the new formulation which includes seed oils, irritate skin, and is it bad to put seed oils on skin like they say it is to ingest them, it may cause inflammation in body?
