behold my batshit method for handling loot goblins

i run a visual inventory system based on zee bashews "cubeventory" for a few reasons. a tangible inventory minigame meshes well with my light-survival style of play where what you have on you can define your options just as much as your class features, and i really really like making little cute illustrated cards for important or valuable items.

its also perfect for handling the loot goblins of the party- a pop-up window, showing everything in the room you just cleared, pretty quickly satisfies the instinct to start scraping every nook and cranny looking for shit you can use or sell.

this is tresendar manor in loot form, not including anything being worn or carried by NPCs, as well as my map and some favourite items. 3 is an expensive ivory idol in graystave's (glasstaff's) chest, 4 is the +1 longsword Talon and 5 is a silvered rapier + manual for a fighting style locked in the armory.

much of the canon loot has been swapped out, with an emphasis on salvaging tools, expensive wares and trade goods rather than just picking up coins and jewelry.
