Rant from a spell caster
I only do spells for other people when they can’t cast it themselves and in a really bad situation where simple witchcraft won’t have that much impact. Basically only when I see ceremonial magic is necessary. People in my dm literally will message for days about their situation, how the spell would affect and in the end they say they can’t pay now. Mind you they told in the beginning, they will pay more than I asked. How dare you to ask someone to perform rituals involving demons and making talisman using expensive metals when you won’t pay a dime before the ritual. Do you expect me to buy all the spell materials and gold/silver for talisman for you and keep hoping you’ll pay it back when you get result? I do not believe in karma but I hope karma hits them pretty hard. Sorry for this rant.
