Help, what is wrong with my female guppy

One of my female guppy is looking much paler and did not show interest in food when i was feeding her.

I have two female guppies. I have had them for a month now. they were happy and thriving before this week. But after i added 3 small neon tetras (bc they were not so happy with the school size), maybe bc of the more dense population of fish in the tank, the female guppies starts to stress out. Both of them had clenched fins tightly to their body and needle looking tails. They were hiding in the bottom together. to keep the male from harassing them and to relieve their stress, I put them into a temporary diy isolation box in the tank immediately. After that their fins were no longer clenching, tails were big and open again.

But I noticed one of them is looking significantly paler than the other one and is rejecting food. It swims around slowly but normally but not eating. I suspected there might be some stomach issues or too much stress? internally infected? or did she become blind or old?

I have two females and two males in the tank previously(I know it is a bad ratio after i did some research). i was planning to get more females or return one of the males. But I am not sure what to do.

I am a first time fish keeper and super stressed about them recently, having constant nightmares about fish. Please give me a lot of advice:(
