Do we think the spooky village will restock?

I have an upcoming flight to London and I am in economy basic, so only have a carry on. My question is can I bring a roller carry on for the overhead bin AND a tote type bag or backpack? The tote is bigger than a purse, similar to a backpack. Or is it only the roller bag and a small purse? What qualifies as a purse? I don’t mind keeping under the seat just don’t want to get there and not be able to take the second bag.
