I am developing a flutter app (non gaming) and testing on Samsung phone F series and iPhone 16.
Is it sufficient or shall I test on other android phones such as Google pixel or Nothing or One plus,.etc?

One of my friend canceled admission in Karnavati University before cut-off date this year but university is not responding so he filed a complaint on UGC eSamadhan.
But UGC people just forwarded complaint to universtity and closed it. Now its endless follow up with everyone. Waiting for refund since 2 months!!
As per Ugc fee refund policy, university must refund within 15 days but that's not happening. Also, karnavati university Will deduct 20k as admission fee which is against ugc policy.
Pls comment if anyone has gone through ugc esamadhan route and succeed to get refund. Pls share how to expedite this.
I think this issue must be raised at ministry of education level to enforce Fee Refund Policy in all universities because ugc just publishes policy but not helping to get refunds.
