Era vs Transform vs Ascend
I think we’re all thinking there’s a good overlap between these teams, and it’s ok to have that because the differences in coach’s instruction and personalities often determine who you pick.
I’m on Ascend and can’t picture ever leaving Aria - her cues are so helpful and I’ve seen so much progress, especially in my glutes and back. But I’ve seen a lot of folks say they do upper days with ascend and lower with transform, and I’ve never understood why - does transform actually have heavier glute days? I feel like every lower body day on ascend is majorly glute focused, and Shelby’s workouts seem very similar.
I’d love to hear what differentiates transform from ascend to folks who prefer transform, and what will differentiate Era from the mix. Looking at Era’s workouts this week, it looks like a total copy and paste of Ascend with lateral lunges added in.
Just want to end this saying I’m happy all 3 teams exist but am honestly curious as to what differentiates them for you!
