Flexispot E7 review

Flexispot E7 review

In my old company, while working there, they replaced some of the desks with standing desks, including mine. I probably used it twice. Fast forward 7 years, and multiple back issues, I have started seeing an osteopath. While he fixes the issue, it is only short term, so I asked him, "how do I fix it long term" - he said "buy a standing desk"

So here I am, now searching for a well reviewed standing desk frame that won't break the budget. I wasn't looking to spend a fortune, and checking multiple reviews, flexispot always seem to be well reviewed. I settled on the E7, which I got for £249.99.

Delivery took about a week, which was fine as there was plenty to sort out in the room where the desk was going (I also had to try and work out how to move a 3m solid oak desk top, to cut it to size!). When it arrived, I unpacked everything, and then started the process of putting it all together. The instructions were clearly written and all in it probably took no more than 30 minutes to put it together.

So, price was within the budget and putting it all together was a breeze, so how is it at actually being a standing desk? I am still getting used to it, and have a reminder on my phone to stand up for 30 minutes every couple of hours. I will increase this as my body gets used to it. But I am noticing that the back problems that were plaguing me, have improved. The desk raising and lowering is very smooth and a lot quicker than the desk at my old work.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend getting a flexispot standing desk, and only wished I'd got one sooner.
