Hi all, born and raised Californian here visiting friends in Calgary and Vancouver November 19-28. I’ll be renting a vehicle to get around, and staying at a hotel for the most part. Hoping to get some local recommendations on what to pack.

Do I need to pack super thick and warm winter clothes?

Will my adidas hiker 3 shoes (goretex) with thick wool/winter socks cut it?

Will Jeans with thermal long johns be enough - or do you recommend purchasing snow pants?

Gloves/scarves/winter hats recommended?
