I was wondering does uab give there upcoming freshman a chance to pick or rank the dorms in order of which ones the want or do they get randomly stuck in one

Direct loan entrance
Hi im a upcoming freshman this august and i have been confused abt the direct loan entrance needed for financial aid dispersion, i did the MPN and the entrance counseling multiple times needed for the direct loan entrance but its still saying that the criteria has not met and everytime i call uab abt this problem they just recommend me to do it again im at a loss of what to do
