Are there any companies in the Bay Area that use advanced devices like Termatrac (thermal + motion sensor + moisture sensor) or scopes to inspect behind walls?

Basically, I stopped getting “left behind” and “low battery” notifications on my iPhone via FindMy and didn’t realize what happened before it was too late.

Fast forward, my F2 Pro gets stolen, and only after the incident I realized that the scooter decided to drop off the FindMy network long time ago. There was no last location shown, absolutely nothing.

Ironically, this feature was the main reason I went with this model and brand. The support is brushing it off, saying they can’t troubleshoot anything without the scooter, and would recommend re-pairing. Half of the messages were gaslighting me into thinking that the reason I don’t see the scooter location is because it’s turned off. Which might’ve worked if I didn’t know how FindMy operates, I guess. They also refuse to acknowledge that there’s an issue with the Ninebot firmware that can cause it, but it seems like I’m not the only one.
