Hi, did enquiry at one of the shops in Pune offering used mini pcs. They quoted following prices. Is this fair pricing?

i5 4th gen 8gb ram 256gb ssd - Rs. 16500

Want to visit Sinhagad with family (me, wife, brother in law) tomorrow. Is the weather favourable to do so? What are my options to travel? (I don't have car). Thanks.
